The service department is the best. They are quick and efficient, and I’ve never been told that my car needs something in addition to the service that I’ve taken it in for. Reception area is nice, and they play good music. I bought my car from another Nissan dealership where I get complimentary oil changes, but I’d rather spend the money and take my car here.

Ashley Gibbs was absolutely amazing. What started as a questionable experience quickly became exceptional once she began to assist. Her communication was second to none, and her drive to help me as a customer is something you very rarely see. It was such a pleasure working with her and I wish her nothing but the best in her new role. Whoever fills her vacated role has very big shoes to fill.

A previous horrible experience to a complete 180!! I will say my experience with them last year was horrible. I took my car for a battery replacement since it was under warranty. I explained to them I had Triple A jump start my car to be able to get to the dealership. Of course it was a 40 minute drive to them so obviously my battery was going to be under inspection and the interpretation that I have a good battery still. No they said they needed to put it under the big charger to charge the battery and then decide what to do. But I allowed them to do so. I waited 2 hours for them to tell me okay your battery’s charger it’s good if something else happens bring it back.. I should’ve took that as a first red flag. I left the dealership and didn’t even make it past 2 lights and my car turned off on me. Holding up traffic it took 5 minutes to get through to someone to be able to come get me. They took my car again offered a shuttle and was suppose to pick my car up at 4pm. It was closing time I had to call just for the service advisor to be gone for the day and I had to leave my car overnight when I wasn’t aware of any of this. Left car less and upset. The morning comes they say they’re still running their inspection but believe it’s the alternator when I told them no it’s the battery. 30 mins later they called me saying the replaced the battery. That experience alone was horrible. A year later the battery they replaced began not wanting to give power to the car. I spoke to an Advisor (believe it was Chad) telling him my experience and assured me. *He offered shuttle service for a Saturday and I was ready to give them another shot.* Until I show up expecting shuttle service when the guy who helped me said they no longer offered it and Chad hasn’t been in for a few weeks. Mind you I spoke to him 2 days prior to make the appointment. Then I asked okay then who made the appointment and he said Chad. So again another bad experience because now I can’t leave my car on their busy Saturdays because I can’t wait until my car is done. I told him Let’s do Monday then so I can come back, he never sent me a confirmation text like all the other times so I waited. I then had no choice to book another appointment because they are the closest Nissan to me and I needed this issue resolved. Today Ashley heard my concerns and I’m sure can tell I was guarded because of the terrible past experiences. She did tell me upfront they needed to do the inspection on the battery in order to warranty a replacement so I understood. She came maybe 30 mins later let me know it was getting replaced and I’d be on my way soon. 1 1/2 hours there and will say that was the best experience I’ve had. I’m sure since I was one of the first ones there which now I know to do. Thank you again Ashley for taking bad experiences to allowing me trust everything was going to be done as I expected!

Just Taken my car in to Longhorn Nissan in Bedford. My visit there was very pleasant and the Service was great .It a place I honestly would recommend to take in your vehicle.It very clean atmosphere and the people are very nice that works. New post 6/30/26 yesterday taken my nissan Rogue in to get my oil changed and had a very pleasant visit at Longhorn Nissan in Bedford, its very clean area to set a wait and the restroom are very clean and every one .That I encountered was nice and professional , my service advisor Ashley Briggs, has been promoted but the young she was training yesterday was just as sweet and Professional. I Would to say thank for your great Service that I received every time I have taken my vehicle in.I pray that God will continue to blessed Longhorn Nissan in Bedford Tx.
